Meghan is a community arts programme manager, mural artist and multi-disciplinary arts facilitator. Her painting practice explores storytelling through creating rhymical, fluid and surreal brush strokes with a focus on bringing traditional painting techniques to the urban street art scene. As well as a solo creative with experience painting murals at some of the UK's most renowned festivals her previous work experience as an arts manager within a homeless charity catalysed her passion to create art that reaches and works with people from varying realms of life. As a result she is passionate about facilitating community-based participatory murals projects with vulnerable and socially excluded groups, in order to provide opportunities for creative expression and give people the tools to empower themselves.
